2007 CABERNET FRANC
A lighter bodied wine, full of ripe raspberry, violets and ground coffee, with a clean minerality and earthiness inherent to the varietal. Refreshing and inviting, a classic representation of Cabernet Franc from one of eastern Washington's most stunning riverside vineyards.

2007 MOMENTUM
Blackberry, black cherry, plum and cassis. Hints of dark chocolate, spice and violets. A young wine bursting with enthusiasm, this Bordeaux blend is created to showcase the expressive and diverse characters of Horse Heaven Hills fruit. Although we proudly produce 100% varietal wines as well, we feel that through blending, red wines from eastern Washington can be made to more fully express the range of tastes which are inherent to these vineyard sites. MOMENTUM is made as a testament to that notion. With a base of Cabernet Sauvignon, which is floral, regal and extensive in its’ dark fruit character, we add Merlot for silky texture, Petit Verdot for depth and spice and then finally Malbec for the unnamable earthy, grounded quality which it seems to possess. MOMENTUM is made as a testament to that notion.

2006 Cabernet Sauvignon
This wine was made as a throw back to the old world Bordeaux style. Seeking the balance of opulence and structure, fruit and length, this is a classic wine for which Napoleon would have invaded to reclaim Washington. Luxuriously ripe and aromatic, with black cherry, allspice and chocolate, this wine also holds its’ freshness on the palate and throughout the finish.
