2008 Sauvignon Blanc
This wine was harvested in two pickings; ½ picked early to preserve acidity and freshness (fermented in tank) and ½ picked one week later for more ripe fruit characters (fermented in barrel.) A refreshingly ripe wine with lemongrass, grapefruit and sage, rounded out by tropical stonefruit and melon.

2008 ALBA COR
Dry and refreshingly different. All the spice and fruit characters of Gew with the fresh acidity and stonefruit of Pinot Gris. Honeysuckle, pear and melon.
