It's time to light the fireplace and warm up your body and soul!
We'll start your evening with a generous pour of our Sparkling Rose as you settle into the candlelight with a little amuse bouche and the ethereal sounds of Lydia Warren on harp.
Opt for either a glass or bottle of your favorite current release to enjoy with your companions and a delicious dish of either fresh red wine rigatoni with parsnips and beef cheeks or mushroom sugo polenta prepared by Nina Jimenez.
(We will have a side salad available for purchase if you need a bit of crunch.)
SUNDAY OCTOBER 26th | XYZ COOP POP UP | A blanket from XYZ is our perfect companion for all adventures. Let the vibrant colors of these luxurious goods from Oaxaca brighten your Sunday and your home.
Private EVENTS
We host a limited number of small, private events after hours per quarter for those in our wine club. Our maximum capacity is 40 people as the weather in the gorge can be variable and that is the amount of people we can accommodate comfortably inside.
Mid-August through November is our harvest time and our courtyard and team become focused on the grapes! As such, we do not host private events during that time.
Our space is more of a tasting room than an event space and we are not equipped to host weddings and/or receptions. We are happy to host groups up to 10 people during our business hours. Email amy@corcellars.com for more information.
